About Jennifer H. Blume
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She is also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She specializes in bariatric counseling, as well as diabetes meal planning, heart health, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition and healthy eating for peak exercise performance. Whether through physical exercise or nutrition advice, she constantly strives to educate and motivate others to be better than they were the day before.
